Situado em um terreno \u00e0 beira-mar, a arquitetura aqui \u00e9 posta \u00e0 prova pelos ventos e dunas, que mudam constantemente, desviando os cursos d&#8217;\u00e1gua do delta pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">A resposta a essa pergunta veio da observa\u00e7\u00e3o das casas sobre palafitas nas margens do rio Pregui\u00e7a que voc\u00ea precisa atravessar para chegar a Atins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Todas feitas de madeira, essas casas de apar\u00eancia fr\u00e1gil s\u00e3o a resposta mais adequada ao ambiente natural. As &#8220;palafitas&#8221; tradicionais s\u00e3o constru\u00eddas em \u00e1reas propensas a enchentes, s\u00e3o resistentes a enchentes e podem ser facilmente desmontadas. Tendo como objetivo a arquitetura eco-respons\u00e1vel, esse projeto est\u00e1 sendo criado com o m\u00ednimo de impacto na terra, usando recursos locais e com o objetivo de economizar em materiais dif\u00edceis de transportar.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Medidas como a coleta de \u00e1gua da chuva para o jardim, o uso de madeira certificada, o uso de ventos predominantes para resfriamento, um telhado de palha isolado e a permeabilidade do solo natural em todo o local ajudam a reduzir o impacto desse projeto no ambiente natural.<\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">A poesia
