As normas em vigor, que reduzem a \u00e1rea edific\u00e1vel, levaram a um projeto compacto para a casa, mas que aproveita ao m\u00e1ximo os generosos espa\u00e7os externos.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Projetadas e dispostas como verdadeiros espa\u00e7os de conviv\u00eancia, com terra\u00e7os e p\u00e9rgulas de madeira, as \u00e1reas externas funcionam como espa\u00e7os &#8220;amortecedores&#8221; que desempenham um papel no conforto t\u00e9rmico e ampliam a \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie da casa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Esse projeto busca aproveitar ao m\u00e1ximo a vista e a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o existente, causando um impacto reduzido na topografia do
